SALSA DE LEGUMBRES FRESCAS

2 Large tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 Cucumber, seeded, peeled and sliced
1 4 oz. can Chopped green chiles
1/3 cup Diced onion
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Celery seeds
½ teaspoon Black pepper
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate in sealed container overnight.
